Just a little diversion!

I made two of these table covers for my daughter-in-law to use when she has parties. The first party will be my granddaughters 7th birthday at the end of April. I didn't have any kind of pattern so I had to design it as I went. Five rows of ruffles around a 6 foot table was quite a lot of fabric to deal with. They turned out pretty good. However, I am ready to get back to beading, though.

Spiral Fun

Spirals everywhere! This spiral rope uses purple 4 x 4 cubes, size 6 lavender core beads and size 11 teal accent seed beads to demonstrate the colors in the GMS Fungi Stasin for Candida Albicans, Candida Albicans is a fungal infection caused by yeast.  The colors are so pretty together.

                                                  This my my HP Blue for Helicobacter.

I just love love the spiral rope. This one is made using blue 4 X 4 cubes and size 11 green seed beads with size 6 white core seed beads. It demonstrates the colors from the HP Blue stains very well.  Helicobacter is bacterium that is the major cause of peptic ulcers.

Heritage Village Market Day Art Show 1-12-13

Yesterday was a great day to be outside at the Art Show. Talked to a lot of people and made new friends. My latest creations were a hit. I was told next weekend at the Manatee Festival there will be quite a  lot of vendors and upwards of 7000 people visiting the booths. Sounds exciting doesn't it. I can hardly wait, it will be my first time at the festival either as a vendor or attending. I am anxious to see all of the art and crafts.  My sister and I will be there Saturday and Sunday, our table will be in the same spot. Sure hope it is as warm as it was the past weekend.
